We currently can turn round your report within 4 working days from inspection and have less than two weeks lead-in period for the survey. 

 

When you complete this form we will provide an indication of our availability and when you can expect to receive your survey report.  We do not hold dates until the booking is confirmed.

Please note we are not registered RICS Valuers and do not provide any open market valuation of any property within our reports.  If you require this service please go to www.ricsfirms.com and search for a registered valuer.

We do offer additional services to surveys:

  • a house rebuild cost assessment - the cost of rebuilding your home in the event of a fire, including professional fees and demolition costs.  Useful to enable you to insure your building to cover the correct amount.

  • budget estimates for repair - cost of repairing defects highlighted in the report or likely budget figures for further investigations.

 

We will provide a quote for these additional services.

We will not be providing quotes between 19th August and 23rd August.
