About
We are a small chartered Building Surveying company. Founded by Andrew Blake Doggrell in 2014. Andrew specialises in Homebuyers Surveys, Building Surveys and Party Wall Advice. We also undertake design services.
I suppose surveying is in the blood. Whilst my Grandad ended up with a higher calling he started out as a Quantity Surveyor. About 60 years on I qualified as a chartered surveyor gaining experience in both small and larger surveying practices, picking up design and surveying knowledge and experience along the way. I have been surveying buildings for over 15 years.

I founded the firm and sought to provide clear professional advice without jargon. I am always happy to help clients over the phone if they have any queries. It is this friendly expert advice we seek to promote.

Location
We are based Rossmoor area of Poole and cover areas set out in red above. These generally cover towns such as: Swanage, Wareham, Salisbury, Southampton, New Milton, Brockenhurst, Lyndhurst, Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole.
Future

In the future, we will be looking to take on Surveying apprentices whether they have any building surveying degree or not. If you would like us to consider you for the future or if you are starting a degree course and want some advice do call us.
